Every show generates valuable data that can inform your development as a performer and the growth of your music business. After each performance, It’s a good idea to have a quick debrief with the team. Much of this you will register by virtue of being on stage and talking with the audience and crew after the show . But it’s a good idea to ask everyone for their impressions and feedback after each show.
Usually I will also ask the sound technician to record the ‘stereo out’ of the mixing desk so that I can listen back more objectively and make adjustments accordingly.
