The challenge, then, is not whether you should create content and promote your work (you must), but how you can architect a workflow that lets the music lead and the medium follow. Too many artists approach content as an afterthought, scrambling for something to post, creating in reactive mode, or worse, letting weeks pass in radio silence because the "content creation" feels like a burden separate from their real work.
When you build a system that captures the natural byproducts of your creative process, content stops feeling like an obligation and starts becoming an extension of your artistry. Every studio session, every moment of inspiration, every breakthrough and setback, these aren't just steps toward your next release. They're opportunities to bring people into your world.
The most sustainable approach isn't about forcing yourself to be "on" all the time. It's about creating a framework that makes sharing feel as natural as creating. This means having a system to capture ideas when they strike, designated time to transform those ideas into shareable moments, and most importantly, a workflow that doesn't compete with your music-making but complements it.
You're already doing the work. You're already having the thoughts, making the discoveries, facing the challenges. The Content component simply gives you a structured way to package these moments for the people who want to follow your journey. It's about documenting a process that's already happening.
